Pneumatic multi-size flow-stop bags

Städtler + Beck manual pneumatic multi-dimensional flow-stop bags are used to stop the flow of medium in pipelines from DN 50 to DN 650.
They consist of a ball (single ball) or two balls (double balls) made of a special rubber compound connected to a hose (flexible or metal) with a conical rubber plug at the end, a ball valve and a pressure gauge (or several ball valves and pressure gauges depending on the type and configuration of the shut-off ball).
The flow-stop bags are designed for several pipeline diameters (multi-dimensional bags).
Compared to conventional bags for testing and stopping flow in a pipeline, MDA 1 bar gas bags offer a number of significant advantages:

PRINCIPLE OF WORK

The bag(s) is inserted through a pre-drilled technological hole into the pipeline in the side opposite to the section to be cut off and is inflated with air, hermetically closing the pipeline along the axis.

MDA gas bags can be ordered as a single bag with or without pressure pre-measurement or as a double bag with vented channel.
