Bitumen-Tape “Spezial”

Kebu Bitumen-Tape “Spezial” is a hot-applied corrosion protection tape in accordance with DIN EN 12068 and DIN 30672, load class B at a maximum operating temperature of 30°C. The carrier consists of an impregnated synthetic fiber fabric (about 100 g/m2) and provides high elasticity. Together with the liquid adhesive Kebusol-Primer B lll it forms an effective corrosion protection system for steel pipes and fittings.

AREA OF APPLICATION

Kebu Bitumen-Tape “Spezial” is compatible with factory coatings of PE, PP, epoxy resin, PU and bitumen. It can be used for Field Joint Coating, Coating Rehabilitation and Coating Repair.
