DKDK Industrial Corporation sp. z o.o., the controller of your personal data, in accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR Regulation, explains in detail how and for what purpose we collect personal information, to what extent we process it, to whom we make it available and what rights you have in this connection.

DKDK Industrial Corporation sp. z o.o. processes your personal data, as this is necessary for the execution of sales and product delivery contracts, service activities and marketing activities.
We process your data for the following purposes:
In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for:

  • To fulfill the obligations arising from the contract
  • In order to establish the merchant credit limit
  • To confirm the order
  • To handle payments
  • To carry out delivery of ordered goods and services
  • By sending the address and contact details to the logistics service providers in order to carry out the delivery of goods
