PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

DKDK Industrial Corporation sp. z o.o. processes your personal data, as this is necessary for the execution of sales and product delivery contracts, service activities and marketing activities.
We process your data for the following purposes:
In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for:

  • To fulfill the obligations arising from the contract
  • In order to establish the merchant credit limit
  • To confirm the order
  • To handle payments
  • To carry out delivery of ordered goods and services
  • By sending the address and contact details to the logistics service providers in order to carry out the delivery of goods
  • By sharing address and contact information with internal service and external service technicians to provide services

In accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, with a legitimate interest in cultivating our business relationship with direct marketing:

The applicable legal provisions, in particular those relating to mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

NEWSLETTER

If you wish to receive our newsletter, we require you to provide a valid email address and information to enable us to verify that you own the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send you the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

We will process any data you enter in the contact form only with your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent to the storage of your data and e-mail address, as well as their use for the sending of the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. Data processed before receiving the request may still be processed legally. 

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used for the distribution of the newsletter until you cancel your subscription, when the data is deleted. Data that we store for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains intact.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE

The Privacy Policy may be amended at any time by the owner of the portal in whole or in part and is in force in new form from the moment of its publication on the website.
