Dkbutyl-System Б 40

Dkbutyl-System Б 40 (coating design) is a cold-applied system for anticorrosion insulation of the outer surface of steel trunk pipelines (oil and gas pipelines) up to 720 mm in diameter, ammonia pipelines up to 530 mm in diameter. Dkbutyl-System Б 40 (coating construction) of cold application consists of primer Kebutyl-Primer K III, tape Dkbutyl-Tape 0.65 and protective tape - adhesive wrap Dkbutyl-Tape 0.65. Dkbutyl-System Б 40 meets the requirements of load class Б at a maximum continuous operating temperature of 40°C.

AREA OF APPLICATION

Dkbutyl-System Б 40 (coating design) of cold application is designed for use as part of the combined protective coating of class Б according to item 7 of Table 4 of DSTU 4219-2003 Change No.1 for anticorrosion insulation of the outer surface of steel main pipelines (oil and gas pipelines) up to 720 mm in diameter, ammonia pipelines up to 530 mm in diameter in order to protect them from underground corrosion. Dkbutyl-System Б 40 is compatible with factory coatings made of PE, PP, epoxy resin, polyurethane and bitumen. Service life as part of the protective coating of the structure p.7 of Table 4 of DSTU 4219-2003 Change No.1, not less than 30 years.
