Cold applied 2-ply anti-corrosion system for the protection of metal pipes and pipelines.

System composition

Butyl Primer DK-BUT^®27 – the primer is a homogeneous black liquid composition consisting of a polymer resin based on butyl rubber, elastomers, corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, mixed with an appropriate type of solvent.

Inner Wrap DK-BUT^®500 – co-extruded, 2-ply, polyethylene tape, consisting of a stabilized polyethylene carrier film and an adhesive layer of butyl rubber on one side.

Outer Wrap DK-BUT^®500 – co-extruded, 2-ply, polyethylene tape, consisting of a stabilized polyethylene carrier film and an adhesive layer of butyl rubber on one side.
