2-ply PVC tape with a layer of bitumen-polymer mastic on one side. The mastic layer is reinforced with glass mesh.

Carrier film - 100% polyvinyl chloride.
Adhesive - bitumen-polymer mastic reinforced with glass mesh.
Interleaf - anti-adhesive silicone film.
Color - black.
