3-ply Wrap DK-BUT^®800

Co-extruded, asymmetric, 3-layer polyethylene tape, consisting of a stabilized polyethylene carrier film and an adhesive layer of butyl rubber on both sides.

Composition

100% co-extruded 3-ply asymmetrical PE tape.
Carrier film - stabilized polyethylene.
Inner & Outer adhesive layer - butyl rubber synthetic elastomer resin.
Interleaf – anti adhesive siliconized film.
Color – black.

Area of application

3-ply Wrap DK-BUT^®800 - are proven solution for permanent corrosion prevention on pipes and weld seams in areas with increased occurrence risk of corrosion. Used for the insulation and re-insulation of oil, water and gas pipelines.
3-ply Wrap DK-BUT^®800 is also an ideal choice for pipes both with small and with large nominal sizes.
